The Eclipse Systems team in our National Support Center (NSC) is looking for an Epicor Eclipse Development Manager at their Lafayette Hill, PA office. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in office.

About the Role:

You will:

• Drive the evolution of Hajoca’s Epicor Eclipse ERP platform through strategic leadership and hands-on customization and integration.
• Lead a team of developers, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that support operational excellence and business growth.
• Lead the technical roadmap and development strategy for Epicor Eclipse, including Solar and eTerm interfaces for multiple instances of Eclipse.
• Mentor and manage a team of developers and EDI specialists.
• Partner with business leaders across IT, operations, finance, and sales/operations to align ERP capabilities with strategic goals, including assessing and prioritizing net new development requests requested by the business. Lead the communications between the business and development.
• Lead and define development best practices, coding standards, and workflow processes.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications, reports, and enhancements within the Epicor Eclipse environment.
• Implement and support integrations with third-party systems using APIs, EDI, and middleware platforms (e.g., Boomi).
• Leverage Eclipse Extensibility Framework for event-driven development, code injection, and no-code UD screens.
• Evaluate Eclipse upgrades and existing system modifications for compatibility and possible removal for alignment to closer to “core” functionality.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and ensure system reliability and scalability.
• Maintain detailed documentation of custom code, workflows, and system processes.
• Oversee data integrity and error resolution across Eclipse modules and integrations.
• Lead cross-functional implementation efforts, including module rollouts, upgrades, and reconfigurations.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture strategy.
• Coordinate testing, validation, and user training for new features and enhancements.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with effective prioritization and stakeholder communication.
• Assist in project planning, including defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and propose mitigation strategies. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and successful implementation of system changes.
• Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.
• Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as requested.


About You:


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or relevant work experience.
• 5 or more years of experience with Epicor Eclipse (Solar and eTerm), including Eclipse Basic or UniBasic programming.
• 1 or more years of leadership experience.

• Possess a strong understanding of ERP architecture, schema structures, and system integrations.
• Have experience with EDI processes, REST APIs, and middleware platforms.
• Have a proven ability to lead development teams and deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
• Be familiar with database platforms (relational and non-relational), and cloud-based environments (Azure preferred).
