JOB SUMMARY: Perform safe and efficient transportation of students on assigned routes. Train, evaluate, and develop bus drivers and bus assistants to maintain skills and service quality. Ensure compliance with transportation standards through instruction, performance monitoring, and documentation. Balance daily route driving with administrative duties, evaluations, and coordination to deliver consistent, safe student transportation services.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: The minimum prerequisites of formal education, professional work experience, certifications, licenses, endorsements, designations, trainings, and other criteria that a candidate must fulfill to be considered for a position. - Criminal background check and fingerprinting required
- High School Equivalency (HSE) diploma
- Two (2) years of school bus driving experience
- Colorado driver’s license
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B with both a "P" (passenger) and "S" (school bus) endorsement
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid certification
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must meet insurability requirements of the Colorado School District Self-Insurance Pool
- Must pass Colorado Bureau of Investigation, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and Colorado Department of Education screenings
