SoftOne is looking for an experienced MyData onboarding specialist to join our talented team.

Your Role

MyData onboarding specialist is to contribute to the expiration of the biggest e-invoicing ecosystem in Greece. You will be managing the onboarding process of various accounts. You will be specialized in the rapidly growing ecosystem of Mydata.

Your contribution to the success of the team

• Managing both small and large-scale myData projects

• Supporting the customer to understand the requirement of my data, guiding them in the technical implementation, testing, and roll out to production.
• Ensuring projects stay within timescales
• Structuring projects and devising processes that ensure efficiency
• Ability to communicate in English and manage technical communication with various implementors.

Your Qualifications & Skills

• Understanding of Json and web communication.
• Understanding of Invoice business rules
• Ability to manage project
• Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or Computer Science or a relevant field
• Having communication and support experience
• Having experience in interacting with ERPS
• Keen communication skills

• Keen organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
