What You'll Contribute

The Senior Associate, Education will be responsible for designing, creating, and delivering digital learning for the Operations department. The candidate must have a foundational understanding of instructional design models that produce impactful, measurable results, such as increased employee engagement and improved retention. Their duties include collaborating with subject experts to determine the efficiency of their course designs, transferring courses into online formats and creating course manuals for educators to use. The responsibility of Instructional Design is to analyze and fix disconnections between learning performance and available tools as well as cross departmental education. 

What You'll Do

  • Creates digital training modules designed to optimize learning

  • Designs learning activities, assignments, and assessments.

  • Develops instructor's manuals, layout of learning supports, and other teaching tools.

  • Collaborates with subject experts to develop course content.

  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs

  • Implement various learning methods

  • Assess the success of the training material and methods continuously for enhancement

  • Develop assessments and evaluation tools to measure learning outcomes and training effectiveness.

  • Maintain projects and organize course documents 

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts for lesson planning

  • Evaluate existing instructional content and keep up to date

What You Have

Minimum education, skills and experience required.

  • A degree or experience in instructional design, education, or a related field

  • In-depth understanding of instructional design models and learning theories 

  • Ability to navigate learning management systems

  • Proficiency in course development

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

  • Experience with eLearning development tools and LMS administration.

  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.

Preferred education, skills, and experience.

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud tools and Adobe Captivate

  • Experience teaching in a classroom setting 

  • Ability to use instructional materials and resources effectively 

  • Critical-thinking skills

  • Concrete verbal and written communication skills
