A Day in the Life

We are seeking a committed professional to join our team, required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. A valid driver's license is essential for this role, which also includes travel outside the territory, presenting opportunities for broader engagement.

Our Neurovascular operating unit advances treatment of stroke, brain aneurysms, and vascular disorders through innovative endovascular technologies. With devices designed for revascularization, embolization, and precise intervention, we support clinicians in delivering timely, effective care for complex neurovascular conditions.

The Associate Territory Manager 2 (ATM 2) will partner with the field sales and clinical teams and act as a resource in markets to drive sales, cover cases, lead in-service activities, and support expansion and growth within our business. The ATM 2 will report directly to the District Manager and support specific territories and business initiatives in tandem with Territory Managers Additionally, the ATM 2 may be required to work outside primary territory assignments as required by business conditions and travel will be a consideration at varied times throughout the fiscal year. 
 

This is a field-based position.  
 

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.  

  • Promotes and sells Medtronic's Neurovascular products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets. 

  • Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including distributors, surgeons, nurses, and key opinion leaders. 

  • Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's Neurovascular products and/or services. 

  • Identify selling opportunities and work closely with the sales representatives to increase sales in their respective accounts. 

  • Provides clinical and technical support during cases and informs the clinician of patient treatment options. 

  • Promotes education of the company's products and/or services. 

  • Execute Company sales strategy and manage sales process for the defined area.  

  • Communicate benefits of Medtronic products to physicians.   

  • Interface with hospital personnel to promote and sell Medtronic products.
