Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

• Recruiting and onboarding new employees 
• Supporting training initiatives for new team members 
• Conducting quality control checks to ensure service standards 
• Assisting the manager with the sales process, including responding to inquiries and following up on leads 
• Providing ongoing support to Professional House Cleaners and promoting a positive, collaborative work environment 
• Managing scheduling and coordination of cleaning appointments 
• Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving client concerns

Assistant Manager Qualifications: 

• Availability to work Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Have a vehicle that will be driven to customers’ homes, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance (minimum liability)
• Have a good work ethic and enjoy talking to people
• Strong organizational and Time Management Skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• A proactive and problem-solving attitude 
• Basic understanding of and comfort using technology, including computers and scheduling software 
• High school diploma or GED
