Reporting to the Managing Director, Head of Product Management for PE Co-Investments, the role covers the full fund lifecycle, including product development, pre-marketing, fundraising, and ongoing investor engagement. </p> <p>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a product expert and spokesperson throughout the fund lifecycle.</li> <li>Coordinate and complete workflows associated with client service; help to implement best practices to enhance investor experience.</li> <li>Support pre-marketing, fundraising, and LP communications.</li> <li>Contribute to strategy and product development; maintain marketing materials.</li> <li>Manage investor requests (RFPs, DDQs, etc.), ensuring timely and accurate responses.</li> <li>Assist in drafting fund documents, including the PPM and investor presentations.</li> <li>Help plan and execute client events, meetings, and conferences.</li> <li>Partner with other StepStone teams to deliver results for clients and prospects as well as to drive internal process efficiencies.</li> </ul> <p>EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>4+ years of relevant experience in private equity or financial services.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Business, Economics, or similar discipline.</li> </ul> <p>REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with an eye to attention to detail.</li> <li>Familiarity with CRM and performance reporting systems a plus.</li> <li>Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a proactive mindset.</li> </ul> <p>Salary Range: $120,000 - $215,000</p> <
