This position serves as the People Services Director for DoIT responsible for management and oversight of People Services Compliance, personnel transactions, and vacancy/headcount operations. In this role you will develop and formulate long term strategic goals and objectives and conduct analysis of programs to identify and resolve deficiencies by developing and implementing procedural processes and changes to ensure compliance, uniformity and consistency in policy and rule interpretation. In addition, you will coordinate, direct and participate in confidential, highly sensitive and controversial personnel related projects. This position also serves in an advisory capacity to the Chief People Officer regarding activities, operations and services, special projects, and issues which may be sensitive and confidential in nature.
