Spanish Bilingual Telemarketer/Sales Representative

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with an established U.S. insurance company on an experimental, growth-focused basis. You’ll play a vital role in re-engaging existing leads and generating interest in new insurance policies.

• Contact previously worked leads to re-engage them and present new insurance options.
  

• Warm up leads by effectively communicating policy benefits and addressing customer inquiries.
  

• Maintain accurate, detailed records of interactions and sales activities.
  

• Collaborate with the team to refine strategies and meet or exceed sales goals.
  

• Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
  

• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
  

• Strong ability to build rapport, handle objections, and maintain professionalism.
  

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
  

• Must be located in Mexico.
