Main Purpose of the Role

You will bring leadership, functional expertise, and solution design skills to standardize and optimize O2C processes globally. Your focus will be on automation strategy, project leadership, and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment between global projects and live operations. You will foster a culture of innovation and efficiency, delivering measurable impact across the organization

What You’ll Do

As a key leader in our Global O2C team, you will:

1.                   Define and execute the global automation strategy, aligning initiatives with business priorities and operational goals.

2.                   Lead end-to-end automation projects, from discovery and design to deployment and optimization, using RPA, low-code/no-code platforms, and API integrations.

3.                   Drive global O2C project leadership, managing ERP implementations, tool rollouts, and organizational transformations.

4.                   Integrate intelligent automation solutions with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, SaaS) to deliver seamless, scalable workflows.

5.                   Champion governance and best practices, ensuring compliance, security, and sustainable automation architecture.

6.                   Monitor automation performance and project KPIs, continuously improving ROI and operational efficiency.

7.                   Collaborate across global teams, influencing stakeholders and fostering a culture of innovation and change.

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you’ll bring:

1.                   Proven expertise in automation technologies (Power Automate, RPA tools, APIs) and scripting (Python, SQL, JavaScript).

2.                   Strong project leadership experience, managing complex, global initiatives with measurable impact.

3.                   Deep understanding of O2C processes, ERP systems (SAP), and SaaS solutions.

4.                   Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process optimization and automation.

5.                   Ability to influence and collaborate across cultures, engaging stakeholders up to executive level.

6.                   Fluency in English (additional languages a plus) and outstanding communication skills.

7.                   A visionary, change-agent mindset, driving automation and transformation at scale.
