We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our Professional Services team and lead the execution of projects related to the development of interfaces for electronic data capture systems using the Faro Health Platform as the system of record for such interfaces. As a key player in our startup, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions that meet the highest standards in the life sciences domain and for our customers. 

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our Life Sciences customers through technology using data and innovation of key solutions, leading technical components of an overall customer engagement program. This may include technical data modeling and mapping exercises and high-level stakeholder documentation.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software interfaces between different vendors and configurations
  • Collaborate with software development, quality assurance, and data management teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. 
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders. 
  • Mitigate risks and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth project flow. 
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or technology preferred 
  • Proven experience managing software development projects, particularly in life sciences or healthcare settings. 
  • Strong understanding of life science ecosystems, drug development lifecycle and related technologies. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. 
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the life sciences industry. 
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. 
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. 
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security standards in the life sciences sector preferred.
  • Travel will be required up to 50% of the time 
  • International travel may be required (Europe & Asia)

Benefits

Salary 

  • Salary range for this position is $110,000 to $140,000 
  • Salary listed reflects the base salary only and does not include other elements of total compensation 
  • Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training
