This pivotal role supports the Media Client Finance leads, helping to run the day-to-day fiscal management of our Media division and assisting with media billing, media budget management, and overall fiscal management. This is a great opportunity to grow your career as part of a global agency.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintain client project financials, including budget management and billing rule setup and maintenance</p> </li> <li> <p>Support media-specific financials — media plans/buys, vendor and media authorizations, and reconciliation of media spend against client budgets</p> </li> <li> <p>Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts</p> </li> <li> <p>Analyze staffing, utilization, and billability</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with Client Accounting to ensure clients are billed in a timely fashion and that billing complies with client contractual agreements, including media billing terms and reconciliations</p> </li> <li> <p>Assist with AR, WIP, Accrued, and Deferred analysis</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with the rest of the Finance team</p> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Knowledge and Critical Skills/Expertise</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is required</p> </li> <li> <p>Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products — Excel, Word, and Outlook</p> </li> <li> <p>Must possess sound judgment, be self-motivated, and have
