We’re seeking a Senior Manager of Engineering—a hands-on technology leader who thrives on solving complex challenges in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and highly available services. In this role, you’ll lead talented teams to design, build, and operate mission-critical solutions within a Managed Services environment, managing workloads that healthcare providers depend on every day.

We’re looking for a Manager of Software Engineering who thrives at the intersection of technology, leadership, and innovation. In this role, you’ll bring your expertise in software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud technologies to lead engineering teams building and operating mission-critical healthcare solutions. What You’ll Bring

10+ years developing software, including 5+ years managing high-performing engineering teams.

Proven success leading complex, large-scale, distributed systems in mission-critical environments.

Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, databases, NoSQL systems, and cloud infrastructure.

Experience with big data applications, analytics, and multi-tenant, virtualized infrastructure.

Strong technical presence—comfortable presenting forward-looking strategies to executives and aligning diverse stakeholders.

A can-do leader who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and drives continuous improvement with measurable results.
