Pay Type: Salaried Exempt / Paid Bi-Monthly
Annual Salary Pay: $87,500-$92,500 per year
Annual Bonus: Up to 10% base salary
Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday
Hours: Sun-Tues: 6:00am-6:00pm: Wed: 6:00am-12:00pm
Industrial/Warehouse maintenance management experience preferred
Position will oversee Maintenance for entire facility including:
- Managing Maintenance Staff
- Maintaining, and troubleshooting of all conveyor systems
- Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting power distribution systems.
- Electrical and mechanical experience in the following areas is preferred: branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tachs, and encoders.

Summary
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for maintenance and repair of all building and power equipment in a Distribution Center. The ideal candidate must have knowledge of conveyors, schematics, forklifts, high-voltage electrical, motors, hydraulics, and general mechanics. This is a hands-on working position.
Essential Functions
Repair of all equipment, machinery, electrical and power systems, and building systems to insure uninterrupted services and operations.
Recommend and plan maintenance programs and work schedules to minimize equipment “down time.”
Install and repair equipment, and train employees on how to maintain machinery and perform trial run of machinery to ensure performance rates and quality meet established specifications.
Responsible for managing the maintenance service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing and electrical servicing to the facility.
Manage facility layout changes throughout the building, including setting up conveyors, racking, relocating machinery and equipment, etc.
Assures that safety and security measures are established and implemented.
Assist a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.

Qualifications
H.S. Diploma/GED, Preferred
Three (3) years to Five (5) years or more in Industrial Maintenance, Required
Three (3) years to Five (5) years or more in Previous experience designing, implementing, and managing a preventative maintenance program., Required
Demonstrated technical knowledge of schematics,
