About our Program:  

Uplift Wraparound: is a Pacific Clinics' program that provides wraparound services for children having behavioral issues that would otherwise need residential or a higher level of care. A family centered team approach to stabilize the child in the least restrictive environment is provided

JOB SUMMARY

Works within the vision, mission, and philosophy of the agency.  Implements and manages a single program within a site, service area, or a segment of a large-scale program.  Ensures compliance with all contract and licensing regulations. Oversees and provides direct service leadership with teams and provides direct care coordination or clinical services for children, adults  and/ or families. 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

1. Manages assigned program according to contract, funding agreements and agency policies and procedures.

2. Recruits, coordinates hiring and on-boarding, and provides supervision to program staff.

3. Trains new employees in areas such as agency processes and policies, program specifications, department procedures including documentation and administrative tasks and government regulations as well as the knowledge and skills needed to meet performance goals.

4. Evaluates, guides and coaches employees ensuring high quality and effective service delivery and documentation and that all records are appropriately maintained. 

5. Provides leadership and increases participation of others in work groups, committees, and team meetings.

6. Leads through implementation of creative methods and processes to ensure individualized culturally sensitive care

7. Coordinates events and activities which promote family and community engagement.

8. Provides crisis intervention 

9. Supports and sponsors programs and regional leadership.

10. Works with Program Manager on fund development.

11. Implements plans and processes to adapt program to regional needs and local cultures, designs systems to ensure consistent and efficient program administration and responds to contractual, environmental and internal changes.

12. Participates in internal and external multidisciplinary/cross functional teams.

13. Develops and maintains a resource and referral network.

14. Provides liaison leadership with contracted mental health counties.

15. Oversees billing and ensures that billing codes are used appropriately and those treatments meet standards for reimbursement.

16. Participates in individual and group conferences to analyze barriers to service or progress toward goals.

17. Gathers, compiles and analyzes program data, and prepares numerical and narrative reports for management and quality control.

18.  Attends audit and/or review meetings to ensure regulatory compliance.

19.  Performs all other responsibilities, as assigned, to support department/business needs.
