General Summary:
The Senior Account Director is responsible for leading and expanding relationships with major account partners. This role works in partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure that process improvement is ongoing, strategic goals are met, and key relationships are fostered with internal and external stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recommends operational strategies and plans for the Account Management team with direct impact on results
- Influences business decisions made by leadership
- Develops and implements new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans that will have an impact on the achievement of functional results
- Provides support to cross-functional teams, with a high attention to detail
- May require communication with ConnectWise executive leadership on matters of strategic importance
- Communicates forecast projections, key performance indicators, and escalations to leadership team
- Manages performance initiatives and implements resolutions for process improvements
- Provides direction to Account Managers when needed

- Ability to manage large projects and processes independently with no supervision
- Recognized expert in applicable work area
- Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per business requirements
- Knowledge of KPI metrics, sales forecasting, and account strategies
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects concurrently and cross-functionally
Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:
- Bachelor’s degree required in related field or equivalent business experience
- 8+ years of relevant experience
Working Conditions:
- Remote or hybrid depending on location
- 50% travel may be required
