Control Analyst (m/f/d) (Celle)

To support our growing business, we are looking an exceptional individual willing to take on fresh challenges in Finance Team as Control Analyst.

Based in Germany and reporting to the Country Controller, the Control Analyst is accountable for the accounting operations of the company (incl. the production of periodic financial reports), maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records and a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all financial & commercial aspects related to the Business Units, in cooperation with the German Country Controller and the VP Finance of the business Unit.
• Responsible for Period End Results & Compliances based on US GAAP, focusing on strong Balance Sheet,
• Managing the on-time deliverance of Period End Reporting for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results in compliance with US GAAP, SOX and NOV internal control accounting,
• Coordinating activities of internal & external (non-Tax) auditors,
• Active Role in supporting Annual statutory financial audit & reporting,
• Assessing current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes,
   

Requirements : 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in finance or accounting,
• Minimum 3 years professional & applicable experience as Controller or Financial Analyst,
• Fluent in German and English,
• Working knowledge of both US GAAP and HGB,
• Very Good IT knowledge, incl. HFM and MS-Office
• Reliable & Team player
