We are seeking a dedicated and personable Client Relationship Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction with our services. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a natural communicator, and passionate about delivering exceptional client support.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
Maintain long-term relationships by providing consistent, personalized service
Address client inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively
Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to improve service delivery
Prepare regular reports on client interactions and satisfaction trends
Assist with onboarding new clients and guiding them through our process
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1+ years of experience in client services, account management, or customer relations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Professional, friendly, and solution-oriented mindset
