Sr Project Lead-Testing Services

Position: Automation Test Lead

1. A minimum of 12+ years of strong knowledge in test automation.
2. Expertise in creating test automation strategies and plans.
3. Design, create, and maintain test automation frameworks for Guidewire applications.
4. Expertise in creating test automation scripts for Guidewire products using the Selenium framework.
5. Ability to analyze test results, report defects, and track them to closure.
6. Ability to Define and track SLAs and KPIs 
7. Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
8. Good reporting skills to share daily/weekly reports with key stakeholders
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
11. GW Certification is nice to have but not mandatory.
