Part-time Teller I - Oak Ridge West

The Teller I Part Time assists members and potential members with their Credit Union financial needs in a prompt, friendly, and efficient manner, both in person and on the phone, following current service model standards. The Teller I Part Time refers members to appropriate Credit Union personnel for services outside the scope of given responsibility.

Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred for this role.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year cash handling experience or customer service experience is required
• Teller experience is preferred

Education:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required

Other Skills Required:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including business writing ability
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and must be accustomed to working with deadlines
• Must possess mathematical ability to perform very basic math skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Must be detail oriented
