Job Summary
As an Analyst for the Americas Equities Prime Synthetics Trading Desk, you will be a part of a global business who work closely to price, risk manage and optimize international exposures. You will help to price, execute and risk manage a wide range of equity underlying via Delta One derivatives such as swaps, futures and forwards. The product focus is broad, ranging between ETFs, indices, custom baskets, and structured strategies. You will also help to run pre, and post-trade analytics for the client base while looking streamline workflows and processes, driving strategic improvements for the business with a focus on automation within the trading space.
Job responsibilities
- Demonstrate familiarity with equity derivative pricing and an understanding of the embedded risks
- Engage in daily pricing, risk management, and execution
- Partner closely with technology
- Collaborate with support and development teams to help automate processes and streamline workflows
- Implement efficiency improvements to the team.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Highly motivated individual who operates well under pressure with exceptional attention to detail
- Genuine interest in global financial markets with strong numerical skillset and knowledge of equity derivative products
- Strong analytical and technical / quantitative skills
- Coding background (VBA, Python)
- Team player
- Fluency in English required
