Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics, or related field of study, OR equivalent combination of education and experience. 
2. A minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of relevant professional experience in Environmental, Health and Safety. 
3. Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. 
4. Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. 

Desired Qualifications

1. Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and production associates across various departments. 
2. Foundational understanding of state and federal EHS regulations (e.g., Cal/OSHA) and key EHS program concepts such as emergency response, incident investigation, and basic ergonomics. 
3. Analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to tasks and inspections. 
4. A proactive, self-starter mentality with the ability to adapt quickly and work effectively within a team-based environment. 
5. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to successfully complete daily responsibilities and assigned projects.
