Greeley Ford, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is currently looking for a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist that aligns with our core values and acts with respect, integrity, growth, humility and teamwork. The Vehicle Acquisition Specialist position is responsible for locating, evaluating, and completing the purchase of pre-owned vehicles for resale. The Used Car Manager will provide ongoing professional development and training for this position.

What you’ll do as a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist: 

• Enter all vehicles into KBB and include photos and notes.

• Understands vehicle condition and the subsequent costs involved in reconditioning.

• Conducts test drive for any used car prior to buying and evaluates for dents, scratches, damage, mechanical issues, bad Carfax, etc.

• Tracking data of purchases and understanding which vehicles have the quickest and longest sale turns, highest and lowest gross profit, and overall profitability. This data is key to growing and filling our needs in the used car department.

• Completing all paperwork necessary to facilitate a purchase.

• Retrieve payments from Office staff to deliver to customer
