Patient Financial Counselor - Kadlec Customer Support

Under the direction of the Coordinator of Financial Counseling and Private Pay Balance follow up, consistently maintains compliance with department and payer regulations and requirements to ensure the facility optimum reimbursement for Medicaid payers, assists patient with on line forms and applications for Medicaid eligibility and Financial assistance; collects deposits prior to or at the time of patient registration, and performs related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications: 

• 1 year - General office experience which includes public interaction.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Medical insurance experience.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
