Summary of duties: Analyze property financial statements, rent roll, borrower, market, and other third‐party reports. Provide valuation recommendations on the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) loans for U.S.Commercial Real Estate Clients. Perform data extraction from prospectus and trustee websites, and subsequently update the database. Provide underwriting and valuation review of top loans for Structured Finance Securities. Conduct data review and updates per client requirements and for internal purposes like, model testing. Perform project specific quality checks and construct Commercial Mortgage‐Backed Securities (CMBS) deals issued in the market. Apprise the CMBS deals on a periodic basis to analyze loan performance. Underwrite loan and property level cash flows for large loans to arrive at comprehensive loan analysis. Map CMBS remit data pertaining to bonds, loans, and properties, monthly, and perform logical review of critical data points to enhance accuracy. Create top layered loan level and loss level reports to run structured analysis on the CMBS universe. Conduct data research on CMBS loan and property details, and CRE market trends and performance.

Qualifications: Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. 36 months of experience in the job offered or related occupation.  Requires three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation: Requires three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation: 1. Enhancing and scaling processes to increase operational workflow and efficiency; 2. Leveraging data health to perform quality control checks and provide accurate market analytics support; 3. Analyzing NAVs and portfolio drill down reports to provide an in‐depth analysis on portfolio performance; 4. Utilizing loan metrics including LTVs, DSCR, and debt yields to evaluate quality of loans; 5. Implementing the capital stack loan modeling of public and private commercial real estate trusts and loans for structured assets; and 6. Conducting surveillance and data governance in Excel, VBA, or SQL.
