Entry Level Customer Relations Representative

As an Entry Level Customer Relations Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with our clients and customers. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Build rapport and trust with clients through regular communication, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Assist clients in navigating our products and services, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services, and to resolve any issues or challenges that may arise.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and inquiries in our CRM system.
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and concerns.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
