DISHWASHER ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Washes and sanitizes all dishes, pots, pans and food preparation equipment. Puts all clean dishes, pots and utensils in appropriate places.
• Empties kitchen garbage/trash and sanitizes containers as needed.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floor, refrigerator, freezer and storeroom as assigned.
• Assists in stocking and receiving inventory.

• Other Dishwasher Duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma required
• Knowledge in maintaining and cleaning commercial dishwasher preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects and push carts
• Must share responsibilities with other utility employees and act as a team player
• Must be able to read, write and follow written directions
