We are deeply invested in our core value to put patients first, and also deeply committed to creating a culture where every employee is valued and we learn and improve together.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p> <p>We are seeking Physicians specialized in <strong>Endocrinology and Obesity Medicine </strong>to join our innovative, multidisciplinary chronic disease management team<strong>,&nbsp;</strong>and preferably hold a LOQ (Letter of Qualification) with the IMLC (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact) if living in an IMLC eligible state. A valid medical license to practice and prescribe legally in <strong>VIRGINIA (VA), </strong><strong>MASSACHUSETTS (MA) </strong><strong>or NEW YORK (NY)</strong>&nbsp;is preferred.</p> <p>This new role is <strong>Modified FTE (32 or 36hrs/week) role,&nbsp;</strong>designed for an American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) certified <strong>Endocrinologist</strong> with demonstrated expertise in <strong>obesity medicine, comprehensive diabetes management</strong>, and a strong interest in working collaboratively with Endocrine Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in providing high-quality patient care.</p> <p>A critical aspect of this role is ensuring the safe and effective management of patients with complex co-morbidities, including <strong>Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD), and Cardiovascular conditions</strong>.
