Education required: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, Organizational Development, Marketing, Communications or any related disciplines.
Other requirements: Must be enrolled at a MY university for the duration of your studies / Credit-bearing internship is preferred
Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English
Internship period: Between Aug 2026 to Feb 2027 (Minimum 6 months)

What will you do?
Support a strategic project focused on strengthening GSK Malaysia’s talent attraction, employee experience and culture agenda.
Conduct external talent market research across the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors to identify emerging talent trends and competitor practices.
Benchmark employer branding, recruitment and talent attraction strategies of leading organizations.
Gather insights from employees, managers, new hires and external talent to understand what attracts, engages and retains top talent.
Assess key moments that shape the employee’s experience and identify opportunities to strengthen culture and engagement.
Analyze workforce, hiring and employee feedback data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
Partner with business leaders and relevant stakeholders to develop solutions that enhance GSK Malaysia’s employee value proposition.
Develop and present a final set of recommendations to the Malaysia Leadership Team on building a stronger talent and culture ecosystem.
