Summary of Objective:

Develop a system within Project Management for the project close out process, including reconciling material allocations and disposition, and product inactivation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The essential duties and responsibilities include the following but other duties may be assigned.

The objectives of this project are to:

• Define and document the project close out processes for client projects in the D&M segment.
• Standardize practices and streamline all procedures included in the project close out process.
• Foster collaborative communication between clients, Project Management, Finance, Production, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams
• Further develop basic project management skills (communication, organization, time management, and problem solving) and gain hands-on experience.

The scope of this project includes:

• Define detailed scope for project close out of client projects/programs and develop a detailed action plan.
• Analyze existing practices, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvement measures.
• Design and develop process for client project close out and product inactivation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and product quality remain top priorities throughout the project.
• Track and measure project outcomes.

The success measurements of this project include:

• Improvement over current practice and creation of a defined process
• Achievement of set objectives for a documented and streamlined process.
• Positive feedback from internal stakeholders on process improvements and communication
• Successful project documentation and knowledge transfer for long-term sustainability
• No negative impact on product quality or regulatory compliance
