We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst to join our Enterprise Data Governance and Management (EDGM) team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing our data governance tooling and automation, operationalizing policies and standards, increasing transparency through reporting, and turning data governance insights into actionable strategies. This role requires a strategic, technical thinker with a strong background in data governance, analytics, and automation.

The Work Itself

• Advance Data Governance Tooling and Automation:
• Lead initiatives to upgrade existing data governance toolsets, focusing on improving user experience, automation capabilities, and risk management.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to design and deploy new data governance tools that reduce manual overhead and support scalable self-service capabilities.
• Conduct thorough assessments of emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning, to identify opportunities for enhancing data governance maturity. Develop business cases and pilot pro
