Membership Sales Associate / Front Desk– Elements Massage & Skincare, Stoneham

 

As the first point of contact for our clients, we’re looking for someone who brings energy, confidence, and a people-first attitude. This role combines sales and exceptional customer service, helping potential clients and current members feel welcomed, supported, and excited about their wellness journey. We value strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities, teamwork, and a common-sense approach that puts people first.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of sales and customer service experience (spa or retail preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED required 
• Strong team player with a dependable work ethic
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and forward-thinking
• Kind, friendly, and approachable personality
• Flexible schedule (weekends required)
