Location: Hybrid in New York, NY

Compensation: $130,000 - $200,000 (Base Salary) + Competitive Equity

We are a rapidly growing, well-funded B2B SaaS company that is reinventing the Accounts Receivable category for scaling technology companies. Founded by repeat entrepreneurs and backed by major VCs, we are in hypergrowth mode, providing a modern, AI-powered platform to automate complex revenue workflows and billing. We are seeking a Mid/Senior Product Engineer with strong backend skills to build world-class financial tools and help shape our engineering culture.

This is a high-impact, product-focused role where you will take on significant responsibility for building the foundation of our platform, directly influencing product direction and company success.

In this role, you will:

• Financial Tool Development: Design, build, and ship robust financial tools for fast-scaling technology companies, focusing on the core billing, quote-to-cash, and revenue operations process.
• Architecture Ownership: Play an integral role in shaping our backend architecture for performance, reliability, and scalability to support our hypergrowth.
• Product Collaboration: Guide product direction and decisions by collaborating closely with data, product, and design teams.
• Code Quality & Stack: Write clean, high-performance code, primarily leveraging Kotlin, to create a world-class product experience.
• Culture Building: Help define and build our early engineering culture, contributing to an inclusive, high-performance environment where autonomy and ownership are key.

Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 8 years of experience as a backend or full stack software engineer working on production products.
• Core Stack: Strong backend skills and proficiency in Kotlin (or equivalent experience with a strong statically-typed language and the eagerness to master Kotlin quickly).
• Architecture: Proven ability to contribute to and shape backend architecture, ensuring scalability and stability.
• Product Acumen: A product-minded approach with a commitment to delivering a world-class user experience.
• Ownership: A desire to operate with high autonomy and play a defining role in building a category-leading product.
• Environment: Excitement about working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with high operating speed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the FinTech, Payments, or Revenue Operations (RevOps) domain.
• Experience working on AI-powered platforms or complex B2B workflow automation.
