Chevrolet of Wesley Chapel, is searching for a talented Business Development Center Representative who can help our Service team meet customer demands. If you have a knack for customer service and want to advance your career while improving your quality of life, this is a terrific opportunity!

As a BDC Representative, you will respond to and communicate with our customers via email and phone. Ideal candidates will be polished, professional, energetic, and customer-focused. You must be able to handle heavy call volume and explain manufacturer service specials and incentives (we provide the details), answer questions and schedule appointments while maintaining outstanding phone etiquette. Dealership experience is a plus, but not required.

What will you be doing?

• Outbound and inbound customer phone calls.
• Respond via email and phone to Internet Leads
• Determine each customer's needs by asking the correct questions
• Set appointments for Service Department
• Ensure a positive customer experience
• Introduce customers to Service Advisors
• Enter customer information into CRM

Who are we looking for?

• Customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated
• Experience in customer service or call center
• Strong communication skills –verbal and written
• Bi-lingual (ability to speak Spanish) a plus!
• Excellent computer skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Experience with Volie, CDK and XTime a plus!
