As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for the creation and development of all internal and external artwork, to support our growing teams in Europe.

The ideal Designer will be an enthusiastic individual, wanting to expand their knowledge of designing digital and print assets, as well as helping the marketing team with idea and concept creation.

In this role, you will:

• Take design briefs from concept through to final delivery.

• Create high-quality visuals for a wide range of marketing channels, including email campaigns, social media, internal branding, and external recruitment campaigns.

• Present concepts and design solutions to stakeholders, effectively incorporating feedback into your final designs.

• Produce engaging artwork for digital platforms (web, social), sales materials, and print.

• Ensure all work consistently adheres to brand guidelines and design best practices.

• Proactively explore current trends to bring fresh ideas and innovation into your work, with an interest in areas like animation, infographics, and social media design.
   

About you:

• Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator are essential).

• Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects is a strong advantage.

• An excellent communicator who can articulate design rationale.

• A receptive and fast learner, open to feedback and iteration.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to following creative briefs.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

• A compelling portfolio that demonstrates your experience across the above areas.
