Job Summary
The HR Data System Administrator supports survey design, system configuration, and user access through managing the Qualtrics platform for Human Resources. The role also assists with other data query, report, and dashboard requirements within other HR systems as needed. This role reports to the HR Operations Director and partners with key stakeholders to build surveys, dashboards, and reports that support data-driven decisions.Job Description

SCHEDULE

To be effective, an individual must be able to perform each job duty successfully.
Serves as the Qualtrics system expert for Human Resources, including user roles, permissions, configuration, and testing system updates to drive efficiency and innovation
Designs, builds, tests, and troubleshoots surveys in Qualtrics, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and a simple user experience
Explores new and existing Qualtrics functionality to drive efficiency and additional insights
Assists in requirements gathering, survey building, and data analysis of survey data
Designs and builds dashboards and reports to visualize internal survey results and key metrics
Stays current with data visualization best practices and storytelling
Fulfills ad-hoc requests and distribution lists using SQL, PowerBI, and other related tools
Partners with Data Analysts to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
Partners with the Business Intelligence team on providing a simple user experience connecting Qualtrics with other enterprise data initiatives
Partners with vendors and System/IT Administrators to explore cross-system functionality and processes, including integrations, automations, and survey distributions
Maintains documentation for survey processes, data workflows, user access, and platform configuration
Assists with other data query, report, and dashboard requirements within other HR systems such as Workday as needed
Leads or partners with team on projects related to system enhancements, integrations, or other data initiatives

Education and Experience
Typically requires minimum of 2 years related experience
Bachelor's degree OR two additional years of equivalent experience
