Senior Contract Manager

This role plays a critical part in governing and protecting the commercial integrity of large-scale manufacturing capital projects across global operations. You will be responsible for structuring, negotiating, and managing complex contracts that span engineering, construction, equipment supply, and EPC agreements. The position ensures that contractual frameworks align with strategic, financial, and operational objectives throughout the full project lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, legal, finance, and project management to mitigate risk and drive execution excellence. A key focus is maintaining strong contractual governance while proactively identifying risks related to cost, scope, and schedule.
