This role will be based in Sunnyvale, San Francisco or New York City.

We are looking for a Sr. Manager to join our Business Development team in managing and growing LinkedIn’s largest & most strategic consumer partnerships, including but not limited to: app stores, search engines, distribution, and revenue partnerships. In this role, you will be the lead point of contact across LinkedIn’s business lines for a select group of influential consumer Internet and ecosystem partners on all key aspects of partnership and relationship management. This work includes, but is not limited to:
- Identifying, crafting, and executing new strategic partnership opportunities with cross functional teams
- Managing and growing existing integrations
- Implementing strategies for long term relationship development at executive levels
Responsibilities:
- Partner manage, program manage, and grow existing relationships, integrations, and deals with some of LinkedIn’s largest consumer Internet partners
- Work closely with internal cross-functional leaders in product, legal, engineering, marketing, PR and more to effectively communicate company updates and successfully manage escalations
- Identify & develop new partnership opportunities, communicating them effectively internally and externally
- Reporting and measurement: Manage process for and approach to tracking partner and program impact
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years experience in high-touch partner management, product partnership, or business development roles
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience developing and leading complex and multi-faceted partnerships with large consumer platforms
- Direct experience driving and executing on strategy to grow and optimize product partnerships at multiple levels
- Experience working with global teams across complex lines of business
- Project management experience, such as launch and management of key initiatives with cross functional teams
- Comfortable working independently under deadlines to produce key deliverables
- Deep experience with executive comms; excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills
- Ability to use data-driven approaches to develop new partnerships, initiatives, and lines of business

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $166,000 to $270,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
