Guardian Angel Senior Services is looking for a Home Health Aide who is a 5-Star Caregiver to provide light housekeeping, Cleaning and personal care, showers and bed bath services to the elderly and disabled in the comfort of their own homes. working solely with individuals 
 

1. Dependable: Arrives on time, ready to work. Maintains an unblemished attendance record. Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to fill vacant shifts when needed.
2. Thorough: Attentively follows designated care-plans, taking care to understand client needs in order to address them. Updates Care Plans to reflect changes in client care and informs Management of same.
3. Observant: Aware of a client’s unique personal and medical history so as to recognize changes, whether behavioral, physical, social, or psychological as they pertain to a client’s overall health and well-being. 
4. Clear & Concise: Communicates professionally, tactfully, and with discretion in verbal exchanges with the client, and family members. Records all activities and observations factually in the visit notes.
5. Follow-Through: Communicates with Management, ensuring that all issues, updates, changes, and concerns are reported to the office in a timely fashion.
