Job Title: Director, Clinical Marketing

 

Job purpose

This position is intended to enhance the positioning of FUJIFILM’s 3D solution in the U.S marketplace by driving sales and marketing activities including the creation of a KOL network and cultivation of series of KOL activities.

 

Duties and responsibilities

  • As a key member of the Business Development team, the main duty is to jointly create and execute the business plan from utilizing the high level of knowledge both technically and clinically as well as a deep knowledge of trend and workflow of surgery that is required.
  • Perform clinical discussion with customers and promote the 3D solution through pre-sales demonstrations. Post installation training is also a part of the responsibilities.
  • This will require travel to customer sites, prospective customer sites or trade shows to perform demonstration and driving clinical discussion as well as clinical research projects.
  • Capture customer requirement and feedback for product and escalate it to Engineering team.
  • Especially managing localization inclusive of assessment of new products and solutions to match the US needs and requirements.
  • Train internal specialists regarding the key usage of FUJIFILM’s 3D solutions for clinical doctors with related knowledge.
  • All other functions and responsibilities that may be assigned by management.
  • Comply with all applicable U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulatory requirements, applicable ISO 13485 standard requirements and all other applicable laws, regulations, and standards.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience as a specialist in marketing for Clinical department.
  • 5+ years’ experience training and consulting in Clinical department.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Special Skills or Other Job Requirements:

  • Healthcare or software application or IT industry background a plus.
  • Advanced Visualization backgrounds a plus in medical field.
  • Excellence in written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work comfortably with end-users and clinical supervisors.
  • Competence with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to address and/or workflow requirements to product features.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical requirements

The position requires the ability to perform the following physical demands and/or have the listed capabilities:

  • The ability to sit up 45-100% of applicable work time.
  • The ability to use your hands and fingers to feel and manipulate items, including keyboards, up to 100% of applicable work time.
  • The ability to stand, talk, and hear for 75% applicable work time.
  • The ability to lift and carry up to ten pounds up to 20% of applicable work time,
  • Close Vision: The ability to see clearly at twenty inches or less.

Travel

  • Extensive (up to 80%) travel may be required based on business need.
