As a Infant Toddler Teacher, you will:
  • Provide nurturing, responsive care to infants and toddlers in a safe, developmentally appropriate environment.
  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using our fun and engaging characters, making TLE a place where learning is fun!
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom that meets state and licensing requirements.
  • Foster strong relationships with children and families through daily communication and regular progress updates.
  • Observe, assess, and document children's developmental milestones using established guidelines and tools.
  • Support feeding, diapering, potty training, and rest routines in accordance with individual child needs.
Qualifications:
  • Qualified teacher per the Wisconsin Registry through CCFT trainings or college education
  • Obtained Fundamental of Infant Toddler Training
  • Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)
  • Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)
