Summary
The Senior Business Analyst, Digital Specialist in the Marketing Department is responsible for driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing digital marketing efforts. This role involves analyzing digital marketing performance, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights to enhance customer engagement and ROI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analytics, digital marketing technologies, and project management, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to achieve marketing objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret digital marketing performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, email campaigns, social media engagement, and paid media).
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for real-time and long-term campaign performance tracking.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform in-depth analyses to provide insights into customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Create actionable recommendations to improve marketing strategies and processes.
- Evaluate and implement marketing automation platforms, CRMs, and other digital tools.
- Partner with the marketing team to test and optimize campaigns, landing pages, and digital assets for improved performance.
- Work closely with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of digital tools and systems.
- Lead cross-functional projects related to marketing analytics and digital transformation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across marketing, sales, IT, and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for assigned projects.
