Job Summary:
The Department of Ophthalmology is seeking applicants to fill a full time (1.0 FTE) faculty position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level at the UCHealth Sue Anschutz-Rodgers (SAR) Eye Center at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. The position will provide outpatient medical management of uveitis and ocular inflammatory disease and affiliate sites of practice within the Denver metropolitan area. Key Responsibilities:
Provides direct patient care at University of Colorado UCHealth Sue Anschutz-Rodgers (SAR) Eye Center in the medical management of ophthalmic disorders and specifically of ocular inflammation.
The position will be responsible for expanding the uveitis and ocular immunology practice as well as a commitment to resident/fellowship teaching, directing the uveitis fellowship, and basic or clinical research.
Actively collaborate with other teams within the department in the development of diagnosis and therapy for other inflammation-related diseases.
Work Location:
Onsite – this role is expected to work onsite and is located in Aurora, CO.
