Senior Product Manager - Germany

Your mission:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to completely own the product strategy and vision for our German market entry. You will be working in a full stack cross functional product squads with complete responsibility for defining the vision, strategy and roadmap and also interacting with supporting product squads. You must be able to inspire and lead the broader product & engineering team with a deep passion and hunger to solve the problems our customers and the industry is faced with.

How you will contribute:

• Be the Product & Customer Expert - be the company's ‘go-to-expert’ on the German care industry, German customers, and German product requirements.
• Lead the Product - be completely responsible for owning, communicating (internally & externally) and delivering on the product vision and roadmap.
• Drive Growth - be jointly responsible for the growth, revenue and customer satisfaction of the overall product ensuring that all parts of the funnel are constantly being optimised.
• Evangelize Data-Driven decision making - work collaboratively with designers and analysts to fully understand your OKRs, KPIs and customers to inform and defend your product strategy and roadmap priorities.
• Execute your roadmap - ensure there is a backlog that aligns with our customer needs and our overall strategic direction and has complete buy-in from engineers, designers and stakeholders.
• Mentor & Manage Junior Product Managers

• Are an entrepreneur at heart, and are excited to take on the complex, ambiguous task of launching a new country from scratch.
• For this role you will be required to communicate with our German speaking team and key external stakeholders within Germany. We therefore require a strong professional level of German, which will be assessed during the interview process.
