Job Description

HR ZBB Packages and Entity Performance through financial analysis and forecast development, identifying risks and opportunities to foster efficient cost management, aiming to support management levels on decision-making processes, to improve efficiency based on consistent and accurate information and perform analysis and dashboards development, as of HR systems data management.

Description & Requirements

• Track HR ZBB Packages and Entity Performance through financial analysis and forecast development, identifying risks and opportunities to foster efficient cost management.
• Monitor HR Financial KPIs through the analysis and dashboards development, as well as ensuring data accuracy, aiming efficiency gain in HR processes and routines, and focusing on continuous improvement.
• Operationalize HR packages and entity AOP process for Mexico and Hispanics markets through data modeling in official systems, providing visibility of the process status for stakeholders through material development and participating in Checkpoints for official alignments.

• Prepare cost estimates and plans, while providing necessary reporting, documentation, and financial assessments.

  Evaluate budget proposals and financial requests for viability.

Qualifications

●Bachelor’s degree in administration, finance or similar.●Intermediate English●Excel Advanced●SAP finance mode (Desirable)●Experience with financial reporting tools.
