Consultant, Data Solution Analyst - Data/Technical Analyst Lead

Responsibilities:

• Requirements Elicitation and Documentation: Gather and document requirements from users, focusing on data and API needs.

• Project Scope Decomposition and Planning: Break down project scope into manageable tasks and create detailed project plans.

• Cross-Functional Team Dependencies: Identify and manage dependencies across various teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Data Architecture Understanding: Navigate ambiguous requests and suggest solutions based on a solid understanding of data architecture.

• Complexity Translation: Translate complex technical requirements into clear, consumable information for stakeholders.

• Facilitation: Lead discussions and workshops with large groups and executive stakeholders to gather input and drive consensus.

• Approachability and Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with team members and stakeholders through approachability and effective communication.

• Time Management: Independently analyze and manage time to work on multiple efforts simultaneously.

• Partnership with Asset Suite Lead: Collaborate with the Asset Suite Lead Requirements Analyst to adhere to core requirement standards and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Hands on: Willingness to be hands on working on data profiling, mapping/modeling and any other related tasks required for the successful delivery of assigned projects.

As a Data Solution Analyst, you’ll translate functional data and analytic requirements into solutions for consumption and use by the respective business or technology request or leveraging a variety of approved technologies. The technologies include (but are not limited to) Paxata, Tableau, Micro strategy, Business Objects, R, or other reporting and visualization solutions being considered for operationalization. You’ll also have the opportunity to guide others to leverage self-service techniques for business reporting and analytics.
