• Shifts Available: All shifts (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM, 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM)

Requirements

• Active NY LPN License

• Specialty Experience: Background in Long-Term Care (LTC) or group home environments preferred

• Reliability & Flexibility: Ability to support on-call scheduling across varied shifts
