The Role at a Glance
As an Internal Communication Consultant, you will work with Senior and Associate Communication Consultants and internal partners to support communication and education strategies for Lincoln Retirement Plan Services clients.
What you'll be doing
- Partner with a Sr Communication Consultant/Associate Communication Consultant to execute participant communication and education strategies that include multi-touchpoint campaigns and omni-channel delivery
- Manage simple and complex campaign projects to ensure efficient and timely process, content and data accuracy, overall effectiveness, and detailed campaign measurement
- Manage and deliver on ad hoc requests from internal business partners for templated participant communications as requested
- Create templated and complex participant communication content in collaboration with appropriate stakeholders that support consistent enterprise core messaging and business goals for assigned area(s)
- Build relationships and partnerships in-person, over the phone, and virtual (on camera) with key internal stakeholders to facilitate project execution and a smooth internal process
- Assume additional duties or projects as requested
What we’re looking for
Must-haves:
- 3-5 years’ experience of detail-oriented project management experience that aligns with the responsibilities
- Excellent project management and execution skills including, critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlines
- Confident, comfortable collaborator with strong written and verbal communication skills
- 4 year/bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of bachelor's)
- Demonstrated strong relationship management skills with internal clients (e.g., management, client service teams, peers, and colleagues); proven ability to develop creative and collaborative approaches
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Nice-to-haves:
- Ability to analyze complex information and to evaluate the implications of a course of action or solution
- Financial services and/or retirement plan experience
- Experience with data and evaluating campaign success metrics

The pay range for this position is $69,000 - $124,600 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role.
