What you will do

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Product Manager to support the development and execution of our product strategy. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic team, contributing to the success of our innovative home appliance portfolio.

Activities:

• Assist in defining product requirements, features, and functionalities based on market research, customer feedback and competitive analysis. Support the Product Manager in the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch optimization.Product delivery.

• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure clear communication and successful 

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes.

• Prepare product documentation, including specifications, user stories, and feature definitions.

• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for product improvements.

• Monitor product performance metrics and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

• Support the creation of marketing materials and sales enablement tools.

• Maintain a strong understanding of Candy Hoover Group's product portfolio and market positioning

What you need to succeed

Education: Degree/Master, preferred area Marketing / Economics / Engineering

Languages: English and Italian, both written and spoken. Other languages are a plus

Skills:

• Technical approach with a natural talent and attitude for problem solving

• Strategic thinking well balanced with well-organized and structured approach, being fast and responsive in daily tasks

• Acts with Passion for Consumers aiming to Zero Distance
