We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering comprehensive treatment plans and is committed to helping patients return to active, productive lifestyles. What You Will Do:  

As a vital member of our Outpatient Rehabilitation Services team, you will:  

• Assess and Plan: Conduct thorough evaluations to create individualized physical therapy treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.  
• Implement Treatments: Utilize specialized techniques, including Graston Tool Assisted Manual Therapy, to enhance recovery and address sports injuries, joint and spine issues, and other conditions.  
• Supervise: Oversee the work of support personnel, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance the quality of care delivered.

Minimum Qualifications:  

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in the State of Idaho.  
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification from AHA, ARC, or the Military Training Network (required at hire).  
• Previous experience in an outpatient setting preferred.
